• Why do the edges appear unclean?

  Our plastic menu are not laminated, which can result in edges that appear less clean after cutting. To minimize this, we recommend using a colored background on the front side and a white background on the back. If your design includes a colored background on both sides, we suggest opting for our laminated menu, which offer a cleaner cut edge.

• What should I do if my products arrived damaged or I have a complaint about the quality?

  We accept printing complaints within 15 days of the order date. Please submit a complaint form at Contact Us. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

• What are the file requirements for menu?

  • Please, prepare SINGLE FILE for the front and back
  • Accepted Formats: pdf, png, jpg files.
  • File Size: Maximum 25MB Graphic Size
  • Graphic Size: Menu size + 1/4″ (0.25″) bleeding area
  • Image Quality: 300dpi or higher
  • Color Mode: CMYK
  • Spot Colors or PMS colors: not supported

• Can I order multi-page menu?

  Currently, we only offer single-panel menu printing. For multi-page menus, please order each page as a separate item with its own graphic design.

• Do you provide binding or folding services?

  We offer binding and folding services exclusively for Waterproof menus. To request a quote, please visit our Contact Us page and submit your details.
