• Why does my graphic look faded?

  Due to the printing process, color variations within a +/- 5% range are normal on matte card stock. However, if your graphic looks extremely faded or if there's significant variation within the same batch, please submit a complaint at Contact Us within 15 days of the order date. We’ll address the issue promptly.

• Why do the edges appear unclean?

  Our Matte Business Cards are not laminated, which can result in edges that appear less clean after cutting. To minimize this, we recommend using a colored background on the front side and a white background on the back. If your design includes a colored background on both sides, we suggest opting for the Silk or Suede Business Card stocks, which offer a cleaner cut edge.

• What are the graphic requirements for premium options

  • You will need ADDITIONAL FILE for option graphic
  • Accepted Formats: pdf files.
  • Graphic Size: 3.625”X2.125” / 2.625”X2.625”
  • Image Quality: 300dpi or higher
  • Color Mode: CMYK
  • Spot Color (Option Area) - K 100% ONLY (0/0/0/100)

• What should I do if my products arrived damaged or I have a complaint about the quality?

  We accept printing complaints within 15 days of the order date. Please submit a complaint form at Contact Us. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

• What are the file requirements for business cards?

  • Please prepare 2 SEPARATE FILES for the front and back
  • Accepted Formats: pdf, png, jpg files.
  • File Size: Maximum 25MB Graphic Size
  • Graphic Size: 3.625”X2.125” / 2.625”X2.625”
  • Image Quality: 300dpi or higher
  • Color Mode: CMYK
  • Spot Colors or PMS colors: not supported
