• What are the file requirements for spot color labels?

  • Please upload one file per sticker
  • Accepted Formats: pdf, png, jpg files.
  • File Size: Maximum 25MB
  • Graphic Size: exact size
  • Image Quality: 300dpi or higher
  • Color Mode: Greyscale
  • PMS colors: not supported

• Why does my graphic appear black in the editor?

  For spot color orders, your graphic will appear black on the screen to represent spot color processing. A K-100 value indicates the most saturated spot color, while lower values represent less saturated spot colors.

• Can I use gradients on spot color labels?

  Yes, you can use gradients, but ensure that the K value matches your desired color. For intricate gradient designs, we recommend contacting us to request a proof before placing your order.

• Can I order labels with 2 spot colors?

  Currently, we only offer single-color spot labels. For multi-color labels, we recommend exploring our Full Color Labels or contacting us for a special order.
