Why does my graphic look faded?
Due to the printing process, color variations within a +/- 5% range are normal on matte card stock. However, if your graphic looks extremely faded or if there's significant variation within the same batch, please submit a complaint at Contact Us within 15 days of the order date. We’ll address the issue promptly. -
Why do the edges appear unclean?
Our Standard Business Cards are not laminated, which can result in edges that appear less clean after cutting. To minimize this, we recommend using a colored background on the front side and a white background on the back. If your design includes a colored background on both sides, we suggest opting for our Silk Business Cards, which offer a cleaner cut edge. -
What should I do if my products arrived damaged or I have a complaint about the quality?
- We accept printing complaints within 15 days of the order date. Please submit a complaint form at Contact Us. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
