• What should I do if my products arrived damaged or I have a complaint about the quality?

  We accept printing complaints within 15 days of the order date. Please submit a complaint form at Contact Us. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

• Why does my graphic look blurry or faded?

  Uncoated stock tends to absorb more ink, which can cause graphics to appear slightly faded or blurry. To achieve a more vivid result, consider increasing the color saturation in your design.

• What are the file requirements for menu?

  • Please, prepare SINGLE FILE
  • Accepted Formats: pdf, png, jpg files.
  • File Size: Maximum 25MB Graphic Size
  • Graphic Size: Menu size + 1/4″ (0.25″) bleeding area
  • Image Quality: 300dpi or higher
  • Color Mode: CMYK
  • Spot Colors or PMS colors: not supported

• Can I order double-sided menu?

  Currently, we only offer single-sided printing for table mats. For double-sided options, please check out our Uncoated Flyers, which use the same stock and offer double-sided printing.
