    • Please upload one file per poster
    • Accepted Formats: pdf, png, jpg files.
    • File Size: Maximum 25MB Graphic Size
    • Graphic Size: exact size
    • Image Quality: 150dpi or higher
    • Color Mode: CMYK
    • Spot Colors or PMS colors: not supported

  • Can I order a custom size?

    Yes, you can enter your desired size in the "Cut to Size" section under product options. Ensure your artboard matches the order size (in 1-foot increments) and align your graphic to the top left corner of the artboard. You don't need to fill the entire cutout area with your graphic.

  • Can I customize grommet, hem, or pocket options?

    At this time, we do not offer customization for grommet and hem options. For any special requests, please submit a order through our Contact Us page.

  • Why does my graphic look blurry or faded?

    Fabric or polyester stock tends to absorb more ink, which can cause graphics to appear slightly faded or blurry. To achieve a more vivid result, consider increasing the color saturation in your design.
