• Why does my graphic look faded?

  Due to the printing process, color variations within a +/- 5% range are normal on matte card stock. However, if your graphic looks extremely faded or if there's significant variation within the same batch, please submit a complaint at Contact Us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll address the issue promptly.

• Why do the edges appear unclean?

  Our aqueous coated products are not laminated, which can result in edges that appear less clean after cutting. To minimize this, we recommend using a colored background on the front side and a white background on the back.

• What should I do if my products arrived damaged or I have a complaint about the quality?

  We accept printing complaints within 7 days of the delivery date. Please submit a complaint form at Contact Us. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

• What's the difference between text & cover stocks?

  • Aqueous Coating 100lb Text offers a lightweight, flexible feel with a glossy finish, enhancing color vibrancy, perfect for brochures and flyers.
  • Aqueous Coating 10pt Cover is thicker and sturdier, providing a more durable, polished look ideal for postcards and premium prints.
  • Uncoated 70# Text has a smooth, natural finish without gloss, making it perfect for writable surfaces like stationery and letterheads, where a more subtle and organic appearance is desired.

• What is the difference between standard brochures and special folding brochures?

  Standard brochures feature common folding options like half-fold, tri-fold, and z-fold. Special folding brochures are ideal for more complex designs requiring more than two folds, such as accordion folds or double parallel folds.
