Keep in Mind

  • Why does my graphic look faded?

    Due to the printing process, color variations within a +/- 5% range are normal on matte card stock. However, if your graphic looks extremely faded or if there's significant variation within the same batch, please submit a complaint at Contact Us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll address the issue promptly. Uncoated stock tends to absorb more ink, which can cause graphics to appear slightly faded or blurry. To achieve a more vivid result, consider increasing the color saturation in your design. If you're looking for sharper and more vibrant prints, you might prefer our Aqueous Coated stock instead.

  • Why do the edges appear unclean?

    Our Aqueous Coated Flyers are not laminated, which can result in edges that appear less clean after cutting. To minimize this, we recommend using a colored background on the front side and a white background on the back.

  • What should I do if my products arrived damaged or I have a complaint about the quality?

    We accept printing complaints within 7 days of the delivery date. Please submit a complaint form at Contact Us. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

  • What are the file requirements for flyers & brochures?

    • Please, prepare 2 SEPARATE FILES for the front and back
    • Accepted formats: pdf, png, jpg files.
    • File size: Maximum 25MB Graphic Size:
    • Graphic Size: Flyer/Brochure Size + 1/8″ (0.125″) bleeding area
    • Image quality: 300dpi or higher
    • Color mode: CMYK
    • Spot colors or PMS colors: not supported

  • What's the difference between text & cover stocks?

    • Aqueous Coating 100lb Text offers a lightweight, flexible feel with a glossy finish, enhancing color vibrancy, perfect for brochures and flyers.
    • Aqueous Coating 10pt Cover is thicker and sturdier, providing a more durable, polished look ideal for postcards and premium prints.
    • Uncoated 70# Text has a smooth, natural finish without gloss, making it perfect for writable surfaces like stationery and letterheads, where a more subtle and organic appearance is desired.
