  • How can I ensure the best result on raised spot cards?

    Foil coverage should be no more than 30% of the artwork, otherwise the foil will be wavy and won’t look good. The only time a 50% coverage is acceptable is with patterns, thin strokes, or small shapes. Ideally, the size of the area, shape, or image covered with raised foil should not exceed 1” x 1”.

  • What's the smallest font size I can use in my raised foil artwork?

    It is recommended that you do not use smaller than 6pt font on the raised foil artwork. If you use fonts with thicker strokes, it is recommended that you do not use smaller than 9pt font.

  • What should I do if my products arrived damaged or I have a complaint about the quality?

    We accept printing complaints within 7 days of the delivery date. Please submit a complaint form at Contact Us. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

  • What are the file requirements for business cards?

    • Please prepare 3 SEPARATE FILES for the front, back, and spot graphic
    • Accepted Formats: pdf, png, jpg files.
    • File Size: Maximum 25MB Graphic Size
    • Graphic Size: 3.625”X2.125” / 2.625”X2.625”
    • Image Quality: 300dpi or higher
    • Color Mode: CMYK - Spot Colors or PMS colors: not supported
